September is Alpha-1 Riding for a Reason!
Karin Pittsley and her husband, Michael, are ready for the Alpha-1 Riding For A Reason bike trek this September. For the third consecutive year, they will ride their e-bikes to raise funds for Alpha-1. Since her diagnosis in 2021, Karin has devoted herself to learning everything about the condition and currently serves as a support group co-leader for MA and RI.
It is a great honor for Karin to join Team BUMC (Boston University Medical Center) once again, as she supports Dr. Wilson and his team in their important research efforts toward finding a cure.
