All in for Alpha-1 Golf Event 2023

Join us to celebrate the 1-year anniversary of my liver transplant!

It’s all about raising funds for Alpha-1 Foundation.
The cost will be $100 per player and mulligans will be available at registration for $10 per player.
There will be a cookout and a silent auction.
There will also be an Alpha-1 tee shirt quilt being raffled as well.
All proceeds will benefit the Alpha-1 Foundation.

Awards immediately following tournament at golf course.
