Hotel Room Reservations
You are responsible for booking your hotel room. A credit card will be required during booking to hold your reservation, but the cost of your 3-night hotel stay (Thr, Fri, Sat nights) will be transferred to the master account (Room & Tax only). You will be required to present a credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental charges. Any incidental charges incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of the scholarship recipient.

To book via phone, call the central reservations center at (800) 445-8667 (available 24 hours a day) or the hotel directly at (305) 374-0000 from 9:00 am ET to 5:30 pm ET and request to be transferred to the in-house reservations department. Let them know you are attending the 2025 Alpha-1 National Conference and should be reserved under the Alpha-1 Industry and A1F block.
