Hotel Room Reservations
You are responsible for booking your hotel room. A credit card will be required during booking to hold your reservation, but the cost of your 4-night hotel stay (Wed, Thr, Fri, Sat nights) will be transferred to the master account (Room & Tax only). You may be required to present a credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental charges. Any incidental charges incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of the scholarship recipient.
